Internal IT Support

We are on a mission to rid the world of fossil fuel by making solar power more accessible to everyone. To succeed, we need a friction-free IT experience for all Power Shifters working at Svea Solar. Which is why we are looking for two Internal IT Support to strengthen our IT organization

The role

As an Internal IT Support, you will be responsible and coordinate the first-Line support together with the team. You will also be the process owner for the second- and third-line support as well. Svea Solar is active in 6 different markets (Sweden, Spain, Germany, Belgium, The Netherlands and Italy), whom you will assist with technical support in small and in-depth way.

In this role you will be a part of our IT Service Delivery team, which is currently consisting of 2 people. This means you have the possibility to learn and grow your skills together with your colleagues.
The internal IT organization is working closely with our Business IT organization, for us to create the best customer experience possible, both internal and external.
