Characteristics to succeed in the role

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience with content management system and CMS technologies (AEM/AUP (Adobe) preferred).
  • Proven experience in marketing automation (Certification in marketing automation platforms is a plus) and leading processes to manage and optimize our content in the B2B-market.
  • Strong analytics skills (preferably Adobe Analytics), enjoy digging down into the numbers, and create well perceived web and marketing automation reports.
  • Process driven, looking for ways to improve efficiency.
  • Comfortable working in a complex, yet dynamic work environment.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and collaboration abilities to work effectively across departments.
  • Good communication skills, both orally and in writing in English and Swedish.
  • Knowledge from complex, multinational organizations is a plus.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage and update the company's website, ensuring it is visually appealing, easy to navigate, and aligned with overall marketing strategies.
  • Develop, implement, and optimize marketing automation strategies to support lead generation, nurturing, and conversion goals.
  • Design and manage web forms and landing pages that integrate with the marketing automation system for effective lead capture and follow-up.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on website and campaign performance using marketing automation tools, making data-driven decisions to improve efficiency and ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and test targeted email campaigns, automated workflows, and personalized digital experiences and gather business requirements to advise colleagues and internal stakeholders on how to build successful.
  • Analyze and maintain the lead database and segmentation to ensure targeted and timely marketing communications.
  • Ensure the website and marketing automation activities comply with legal standards, such as GDPR, CCPA, and data privacy protocols.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to the marketing team on the use of marketing automation tools and best practices.
  • Stay current with the latest web technologies, MarTech stack and marketing automation trends, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.

You will work closely with colleagues in a larger Nordic team with digital skills across various channels and platforms. Further collaborate in a global web network and be part of our large professional environment of +80 people in the Brand, Marketing and Communications department (BMC) in the Nordics.
