We're seeking a part-time Office Coordinator to handle various office and administrative duties 20 hours per week. At Qinshift you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of the physical office as well as supporting our company administration.

In this role, you will mainly be working closely with a small team of three, but you will also assist various departments at Qinshift, plus managing contacts with external contractors. The everyday tasks will consist of administration such as e-mailing, printing, filing and organizing documents, ordering and managing office supplies and equipment. Additionally, you will be assisting and coordinating internal events, handling mail and deliveries, and assisting with financial tasks like invoicing and expense tracking. You'll encounter different tasks on a daily basis, ensuring variety in your work!

To succeed in this role as an Office Coordinator at Qinshift you are positive, service-oriented and enjoys a varied role where you'll be a part of creating a pleasant and welcoming environment for both colleagues and visitors at our office in Malmö. We are a global company, therefore fluency in both Swedish and English is necessary.

Previous experience is not a necessity for this position, but it’s a plus if you have been in a similar role before or have an interest in HR or finance. What we value is your proactive and service-minded approach and ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team. As an Office Coordinator, possessing an eye for detail, organizational skills, and a sense of initiative are valuable attributes. Your capacity to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously will be essential in maintaining the smooth functioning of daily operations.
