The position
We are looking for a Junior Media Coordinator to strengthen our team in Stockholm. As a Junior Media Coordinator within Media Operations, you are working in the Media Coordination and Publishing team together with one team lead, two operational planners and two publishing operators.

The Junior Media Coordinator and the operational planners drives and owns the preparational work in the operational workflow and ensure that internal and external teams and partners can proceed with their work in the most efficient way and with the right conditions.

Your main responsibilities, but not limited to, are as per below:

- Registration and matching all content that will be published on Viaplay’s platforms

- Administrate information in internal processes and workflows

- Secure correct running orders from distributors.

- Ensure that licenses and media ID’s are entered in line with our needs

- Material and subtitle checks for planning purposes

- Preparation and support for other teams

The journey ahead
You will be part of the larger team, Media Operations, where we handle the entire chain in the media and publishing workflow, from contact with distributor, scheduling, receiving material, coding and quality control, to final publication on site.

What we are looking for
We are looking for a person who is highly organized, structured and thorough with an eye for details and with experience from administrative work. Parts of your working day will not allow flexibility and some tasks are reputative, so you are a person that like to have a clear guideline to follow. We would like you to be solution oriented and a person who thrives in a high paced environment. We believe that you are a team player but with the ability to work independently as well as understanding the importance of helping others and contributing to the team’s success.

Candidates should also meet the following requirements:

- Ability to work with time-sensitive matters

- Fluent in Swedish and English

- Previous experience of working with coordination and communication

Bonus requirements that will make you stand out from the rest:

- Experience from working with streaming and operational parts connected to this

- Experience in rights management or VOD traffic work

- Experience from working with rights- and content management systems
