Logistics Coordinator

As Logistics Coordinator you will be a highly motivated, self-sufficient individual who will support the department with various everyday tasks and contribute directly to our customer satisfaction, ensuring customer orders are delivered on time and inventory is always stocked appropriately.

What you will be doing

Proactively monitor fulfilment center order processing to ensure timely delivery of customer orderr

- Work directly with the NC Support team to troubleshoot any delivery issues and order-related customer inquiries

- Manage customer return processing with fulfilment centers

- Support marketing team by handling manual order processing for influencers and media

- Fulfil global B2b orders and communicate order confirmations and shipping detail to partners

- Source and purchase webshop products for all markets via NC’s marketplace supplier

- Support the team with purchase orders and other administrative documents for domestic and international shipments

- Perform other administrative tasks for the Supply Chain & Logistics Department

What skills and experience we think you have

- You should be passionate about your job. Have a service-minded approach and truly care about delivery products to our users

- You enjoy a fast-paced and changing international working environment

- Confidence to work independently and make judgment calls to resolve logistics matters

- Project management skills with a high degree of autonomy

- Min 2 years of hands-on experience with the ownership of logistics processes and supply chains

- Min 2 years of hands-on experience with e-commerce and digital distribution

- Must be located in Stockholm area

- Language requirements: English

- Bonus if experienced in Shopify, Linnworks (or similar OMS systems)
