Product Marketing is an important function enabling Mitigram’s execution and positioning on the market, leveraging the union of product knowledge and customer insights. This role will be part of guiding the refinement of our product positioning, value propositions, competitor analysis, market trends, product launches, and sales enablement strategies to ensure they consistently align with our commercial goals.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Build the product marketing capabilities of Mitigram and collaborate closely with senior stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success.
  • Translate complex product features and enhancements into straightforward, easily digestible frameworks, and devise messaging and strategies tailored to the specific regions in which we operate.
  • Support & Enable Sales and Business Development teams: Create content and collaterals that enable the Sales organization to effectively communicate the value of Mitigrams products to clients, partners, and prospects - ensuring that they have the tools to market Mitigram solutions.
  • Articulate customer value with compelling product messaging: Develop & maintain differentiated product messaging and positioning that resonate with Mitigrams ideal customer profile and personas.
  • Communicate new value to clients, partners, and prospects through successful execution of product launch: Partner with Commercial and Product Management teams to define the product launch strategy considering the best routes-to-market to meet annual targets and launch on time.
  • Thought Leadership: Partner with the product leaders, Brand, and subject matter experts to create thought leadership content that increases Mitigrams share of voice, awareness, and authority on the market.
  • Be an expert on the market and your customer: Leverage quantitative and qualitative insights from market research, competitive intelligence, and direct customer engagement to inform messaging, go-to-market, and differentiation strategies.

Essential qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in B2B marketing.
  • 3 years hands on experience in a Product Marketing Manager role creating marketing contents (within the SaaS or fintech sector).
  • Demonstrated success in collaborating across departments, particularly between product management and in-house marketing function.
  • A natural aptitude for data analysis and the ability to harness data to craft compelling product narratives.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Competence in navigating the intricacies of local market product positioning and messaging.
  • Experience in team management and a proven track record of working with senior product and commercial leadership.
