The role 

Viaplay Group is looking for a Paralegal to join our Legal team.

You will be part of Viaplay Group’s legal function and report to VP Group Corporate Legal. You will work closely together with Viaplay Group’s EVP & Group General Counsel, Viaplay Group’s Executive Assistants as well as several functions across the group and you will be working in a creative and inspiring environment.

As a Paralegal your responsibilities will include:

Coordinating meeting material for Viaplay Group AB (publ) board and committees

Administering insider- and PDMR lists and logbooks

Project leading Viaplay Group’s annual general meeting

Managing Viaplay Group’s portfolio of trademarks and domain names

Corporate administration

What we are looking for 

In order to thrive in this role, we believe you have the following experience: 

Experience working as a paralegal, legal assistant, or with similar qualified administrative work either from working at an inhouse legal organisation and/or a law firm

Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and verbal

Proficiency in Office 365 and ability to quickly learn to use systems and applications

Highly organized, ability to multitask, pays close attention to detail, works well with others as well as independently, solution oriented and service minded

It is a bonus if you have: 

Experience working for a Swedish listed company and/or knowledge of the rules and regulations applicable to a Swedish listed company

Experience working with the systems Directors Desk and Strictlog
