The position

As Internal Communication Manager you are responsible for the internal communication strategy and execution of internal communication activities. You will craft compelling messages and create engaging content across a variety of channels, including email, company intranet, and presentations. You will also play a crucial role in planning and performing internal company events, ensuring they are seamless, engaging, and aligned with the company's overall communications strategy. You will report to the Chief Marketing & Communication officer and be part of a team working with brand, marketing and communication across all Cambio markets.

Key responsibilities

- Establish an internal communications strategy

- Set and execute an internal communication activity plan to ensure company strategy, initiatives, and projects are successfully communicated to employees

- Ensure internal communications messages are consistent across all mediums and for different departments of the organization as well as consistent with external communication messages

- Plan, edit and write content for a variety of internal communication channels

- Support and advise senior managers in internal communication matters

- Respond to feedback from staff and adjust communications content accordingly

- Handle the internal communication response to crisis situations that affect organizational perception and reputation

About you
We believe that you have a passion for communication, an interest in ehealth and an understanding of current trends and standard methodologies in internal communications. You also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, are highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. With your technical skills, including proficiency in digital communication tools, you will be an asset in our work to create, tune and improve messages for engaging and inspiring diverse audiences in multiple markets.

Requirements 

- At least a couple of years’ experience working with internal communication at both strategic and operational levels

- Experience in delivering integrated internal communication strategies and plans in support of business priorities

- Degree in communication, journalism, marketing or related work experience

- Collaboration-, organization- and multi-tasking skills

- Proficient in Office, image- and video editing software

- Fluency in English, written and spoken.

It's a bonus if you

- Understanding and experience from implementation of a Sharepoint-based intranet.

- Good writing and oral skills in Swedish

Place of employment: Stockholm

Scope: Full time
