PPAP Coordinator Project, IAC Group

As a PPAP Coordinator Project you will be working in a team in IAC Låssby and be in charge to secure that all PPAP documentation and procedures in the project are performed in time and in an excellent way.

Your main responsibilities will be:

- Secure that all PPAP documentation and procedures are performed in time and in an an excellent way.

- Design Record

- Authorized Engineering Change documents

- Customer Engineering Approval

- Design FMEA

- Process Flow Diagram(s) / VSM

- Process FMEA

- Control plan

- Measurement System Analysis Studies (MSA)

- Dimensional Results

- Records of Material / Performance Test Results

- Initial Process Studies

- Qualified Laboratory Documentation

- Appearance Approval Report (AAR)

- Sample Production Parts

- Checking Aids

- Customer Specific Requirements

- Part Submission Warrant (PSW)

- Together with plant project leader plan and document all test runs and other PPAP activities

- Support the project with all needed activities in the cross functional team

- Work actively to achieve his/her personal targets and support the team to achieve the department target which shall be broken down from the overall company target

Qualifications:
- Bachelor level with previous experience of working within a high volume, automotive manufacturing environment, coupled with the ability to work as an individual or as part of a team.

- Managerial, technical & administrative skills required

- Good knowledge of TS16949, QS9000, ISO14001
