Hiab is in a transition phase from traditional marketing to automated data-driven marketing efforts. As a marketing automation specialist you are part of leading this change. In the role, you work with marketing automation platforms to tailor customer experiences based on data and insights. You support the organisation in creating automated nurture flows and automating communication and interactions during the customer journey. The job also involves implementing and evaluating the marketing automation framework and analysing results from activities. You will also be part of procuring and setting requirements for technical systems in marketing automation.

This role appeals to a candidate who is structured and able to inspire others. You will be part of a change journey and influence our transition. You will work closely with different stakeholders in marketing, and information management.

Your responsibilities:

● Take responsibility for further developing our digital marketing ecosystem and marketing automation using Salesforce Marketing Cloud;

● Support the marketing team in lead generation program planning, execution and follow-up;

● Creating, testing and publishing lead nurturing and marketing automation programs;

● Build out customer lifecycle journeys and email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud including automated and triggered campaigns;

● Work closely with marketing team and process owners to identify business needs, mapping the needs to Marketing Cloud solutions, and ultimately executing on the campaigns in Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Journey Builder;

● A/B testing and user testing;

● Define and follow up performance metrics. Providing analysis, reporting and recommendation for continuous optimization;

● Stay current with digital marketing and marketing automation technology and trends;

● Execute personalization and extensive audience segmentation within Salesforce Marketing Cloud utilizing SQL;

● Provide product and subject matter expertise to marketing organisation;

● Build and maintain solution related documentation.

Your experience:

● B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in relevant field with 5+ years of work experience from digital marketing, web content management and marketing automation;

● Broad experience with digital analytics (Google Analytics) and Salesforce Sales Cloud;

● 2-4 years of extensive, hands on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, deploying marketing automation campaigns for real world marketing initiatives;

● Marketing Cloud Administrator certification is preferred;

● Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud data structure and functionality;

● Solid project management skills;

● Self-starter with a can-do-attitude, you see what needs to be done and get it done;

● Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity to form strong networks within the organization;

● Fluent written and spoken English, other languages are a benefit.
