Operative purchaser with project buying experience
You needs both technical and operative knowledge from purchasing and will run the daily operational and strategically work helping purchasing to ensuring material and goods are in place for each and single assembly.

Work Tasks
• The purchasing function is crucial for our daily production
• You will be working with the purchasing department supporting our daily production.
• Daily contact with suppliers and project managers
• Execute demand to support project and production.
• Monitor deliveries to ensure that materials are delivered accordingly.
• Secure supplier performance and analyse cost and leadtimes
• Analyse the impact against the overall production/project planning.

Education and Experience:
• Minimum 3-5 years working experience within Procurement.
• Bachelor´s degree or equivalent experience
• ERP experience and related business systems knowledge
• Fluent English and Swedish language

Personal Qualification:
• You must be able to work independently in this role, and drive the performance forward.
• You are used to take initiative and proactively challenge the position
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• Good communication skills on all levels
• Use to work in Team and building relations internally and with stakeholders
