Our fantastic product management team is growing and needs yet another product specialist to join the crew.
Your focus during the days will be to conduct market research and analyzing trends. Knowledge is power and a key to always be up to date is to never stop learning. To be even more on top of what's currently cooking in the business, you will attend product launches of rival companies (wearing a weird hat). And when not doing that, you will be the host of our own releases and do product demonstrations.
You will also perform product demonstrations to staff and customers, gathering feedback, and offering recommendations to the engineering and sales team. Facilitating training sessions, as well as assisting with new product launches, can also be something that fills your days.
A big part of your job is collaboration within the Beijer organization and externally. You will have an active part in developing our software and hardware with our suppliers, today in Brazil and Germany, as well as strategizing with the business and engineering teams internally.
The successful applicant
The first thing you need to have is a passion for our products! The second one is the ambition to always keep expanding your product knowledge. The third one is the ability to work both on your own and in a team.
And just like everyone else, we would like you to know a lot about a lot of things! To narrow it down a bit, it would be great if you could tick some of the boxes below:
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Control and CODESYS in a technology company
- Good understanding of industrial automation and integration of remote IO, drives and HMIs
- A structured person with a touch of a free spirit
- Experience and interest in digital marketing
- Tech-savvy and used to working in Microsoft 365 (Teams, Office, etc.)
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
