As Partner Manager for ChromeOS in the Nordics you will build a sustainable business and grow effective relationships with a selection of our retail and OEM partners. Additionally, you will leverage strategic and analytical skills to ensure that we accelerate the Chrome OS ecosystem.
In this role, you will be responsible for the performance of your Partners and OEMs.You will drive business planning as well as execution and be responsible for promotional strategies, supply chain efficiencies, and driving unit growth in order to meet the goals of our Chromebook business. You will also work cross-functionally with Marketing, Business Development, and central teams and you will drive commercial discussions, channel strategy, and execution, internally and externally.
Your knowledge of this area, combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities will shape what new products our OEM partners bring to the market. Using your influencing and relationship-building skills, you provide lasting partnerships.
Responsibilities: Develop account plans for key retailers and OEMs to ensure and sustain high performance.
Contribute in the development of a go-to-market strategy for the portfolio by partnering closely with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure this is optimized for our Partners.
Work closely with Marketing to come up with strong co-marketing activities with Partners and execute them.
Ensure that partners are fulfilling their agreements and that client is providing the required support for them to do so.
Day to day operations with Partners to ensure strong promotions, sufficient stock level and plans to reach committed targets, and in challenging periods work with Partners to come up with solutions on how to recover.
Ensure a strong market and category analysis to make reasonable suggestions, recommendations, and storylines.
Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in operations, strategy, or product roles.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, developing, and executing strategies.
Strong analytical capabilities
Ability to speak and write in one Scandinavian language and English fluently and idiomatically.
Preferred qualifications: MBA or other equivalent degree.
Experience as a general manager in business development or sales strategy.
Track record of building high-growth cross-functional teams and scaling businesses.
Understanding of the industry's challenges, a vision for its growth, and an intention to advance client's forward-looking strategies within the marketplace.
