Role Overview: Senior Planner/Scheduler

As the Senior Planner/Scheduler, you will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining a comprehensive project schedule that precisely outlines the activities, durations, sequences, logic, and resources essential for executing the entire project scope. Your responsibilities include monitoring progress and performance for both the Owner and contractors, offering early warnings and in-depth analysis of schedule deviations, and presenting recommendations for schedule recovery and optimization. In your day-to-day tasks, you will report directly to the Project Controls Manager.

· Baseline Schedule Establishment

· Progress Measurement System Development

· Analysis and Recommendations

· Risk assessment

· Communication and Reporting

· Collaboration and Quality Checks

· Supervision and Quality Assurance

· Project Schedule Development

· Change Management and Meetings

· Primavera P6 Tasks

· Documentation and Trackers

· Project Monitoring and Execution

· Power BI reporting.

· Continuous Improvement.



Qualifications:

  • Work Experience:
  • 8+ years of work experience in planning and scheduling, with a preference for experience in industry projects or related software applications.
  • Educational Background:
  • Engineering degree, Masters or PMP, or a degree from a relevant university.
  • Work Environment:
  • Proven experience in very fast-paced and dynamic work environments.
  • Communication Skills:
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to present summaries and plans effectively to senior management.
  • Language Proficiency:
  • Excellent communication skills in English, German, and Farsi, both in conversation and in writing (is mandatory).
