About us

We are a dynamic and agile team working cross functionally with changes all across the development cycle, ranging from idea to customer release, with everything from requirements to implementation and iterative testing.

The tasks span from pre-development and prototyping, through contributions in ongoing projects to rapid changes for field quality issues. We value continuous improvements and an inventive work environment with a high degree of freedom.

We are now looking to strengthen our team with a with a system developer. In this role you would work tightly together with your great colleagues, in all the phases of the software development. The work includes function specification and writing requirements, coding in C or Matlab/Simulink, and test automation in Python. You will also take part in tests and investigations in rigs and vehicles on our test track.

You probably have a few years of experience in working with embedded systems; either as a developer in C or Matlab/Simulink, or as a test developer working with tests in Python and HIL, or in the interaction between hardware and software. At Scania, we are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive, and authentic workplace, so if you’re excited about this role but your experience doesn’t align perfectly with every qualification in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyway.
