About the Role
As a Business Controller at Haldex, you will be part of the finance department and report directly to the Finance Manager. You will be responsible for developing financial models, conducting analysis, and present findings to influence strategic decisions. You will work closely with the production management to provide insights that drive business performance in alignment with our company's pioneering spirit in the heavy vehicle industry. You will also work closely together with the Finance team in month-end close to record an accurate financial statement. In the role you have the ownership of the planning process and quarterly forecasting for the site.

Your Profile
Candidates should possess a strong foundation in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, coupled with solid accounting skills and proficiency in advanced Excel functionalities. Excellent presentation and communication skills are essential, as you will frequently interact with key stakeholders to present financial data and recommendations.
