Job Description

Do you want to help us develop our CRM-work to the next level? Then it's you we're looking for!

You will be a key person in a team that works to retain, develop and loyalize our electricity retail customers. The team is responsible both for strategic and tactic work with retention, cross- & upsales, loyalty activities and communication to both our private-and small business customers. We are looking for a person that can infuse the team with new knowledge and inspiration around customer development and how to increase value from the customer base. Example areas to expand: data usage, behavioral patterns and triggerpoints, predictive modelling and connecting metrics such as CLV and Churn into our strategy work.

About the role

You will work in an agile scrumteam with communication experts, analyst and more technically focused colleagues. Together with your team, your main responsibilities are to:

  • Develop our CRM-strategy
  • Identify new, innovate opportunities for customer development as well as technical solutions to support that.
  • Execute and evaluate retention and loyalty initiatives
  • Reinforce work with predictive analyze and AI
  • Utilize customer insight and actively contribute to customer-oriented business development

Qualifications

We believe you have

  • Several years of experience in strategic work with Customer Relationship Management
  • Experience of developing and implementing datadriven cross- & upsell strategies
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of technical CRM platforms
  • Experience from demand management towards IT and digital development
  • An academic degree or equivalent
  • very good knowledge in English and fluent in Swedish
  • great interest in the exciting energy business and fossil- free living
