Role overview

Are you ready to jump into the driver's seat alongside a fellow leader and steer a team of amazing engineers towards success? We're on the lookout for a Engineering Manager to co-lead with a partner, leading the charge on our projects, nurturing a lively engineering vibe, and shaking things up in all the best ways within our team.

As our Engineering Manager, you'll team up closely with your partner to elevate our engineering efforts, guiding and motivating our team to reach for the stars. You'll also be part of a dynamic management team consisting of five other colleagues who are all about collaboration and mutual support. Responsibilities

• Co-Leadership: Lock arms with your fellow Engineering Manager to give our engineering teams the guidance and direction they need to succeed, all while keeping our eyes on the mission.

• Change Management: Lead the charge on change initiatives right alongside your peer, making sure our team’s transitions are smooth and that new ideas stick.
