IFS Cloud Analyst

To a global company in Lund we are searching for a IFS Cloud Analyst:

Consultant to support of IFS Cloud, IFS PSO (Planning and Scheduling Optimizer), IFS MWO (Mobile Work Order) and IFS SDM (Smart Data Manager) Tool.

Tetra Pak is introducing IFS Cloud and are looking for a new service team player to support Field Service Management (FSM).

As part of the Service Delivery Team, you will be focusing on supporting our Business users. This team covers the support and maintenance of several different applications for Tetra Pak Services, and in this role your focus will be IFS Cloud, IFS PSO (Planning and Scheduling Optimizer), IFS MWO (Mobile Work Order) and the IFS SDM (Smart Data Manager) Tool.

The scope of the job in the service team will be to handle incoming incidents, service requests and manage operational environment but could also include project work.

Skills:

• IT Designer/Analyst experience with technical affinity
• Experience of Service Management Process and/or Maintenance Process
• Agile mindset, we are working with Kanban in the service and Scrum in Project
• Communication skills
• Experience of working in project context
• Experience in SAP ECC - Service Management / Maintenance Area
• Experience in IFS Cloud, IFS PSO, IFS MWO and IFS SDM Tool,
• Eager to learn new things
• Team player
• Understand business processes and information flow to be deployed as system configurations and design changes in IFS Cloud, IFS PSO and IFS MWO
