Technology Implementation Technician

We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Technology Implementation Technician to join us in our mission to create the world’s greenest battery. As part of the Test & Validation team based in Skellefteå, you will be a key player in contributing to building one of the first large-scale European battery factories. You will execute production testing according to the needs of the development projects and outgoing QC. Responsible for leading technical workstreams in installation, commissioning and operations in the testing projects.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Starting-up new test equipment and writing first test procedures as well as maintaining existing equipment to a high standard
• Developing and documenting methods and procedures for cell testing together with R&D and Validation engineers
• Running tests on a range of cell testing equipment and report data/results while ensuring adherence to rigorous safety procedures
• Planning and executing cell tests in different phases of development and mass production
• Maintaining documentation of lab equipment and tools according to company calibration procedures

Skills & Requirements

We believe that you have :

• Relevant technical education, preferably in electronics, chemistry, engineering or a related field
• 3+ years of relevant work experience in test laboratory environment
• Excellent English communication skills (written and oral), Swedish is a plus.
• Experience in developing test methods, standards, procedures, and documentation in an efficient way.
• Proven track record of efficient execution of test plans

Bonus points for:

• Experience and interest in manufacturing industry
• Experience of laboratory work in relevant industry, e.g. Li-ion, electronics, semiconductors, solar cells etc.
