Job Description:

Management of sales orders for LG Electronics customers in the Nordics. Manage relevant systems, processes and controls to secure sales accuracy and make sure that customer expectations of delivery accuracy and quality is met. Managing, controlling and following up on daily operations.

Requirements:

  • Highly skilled in and dedicated to customer service;
  • Strong interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication;
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent organizational stills, extremely detail oriented with attention to accuracy;
  • Ability to apply a common sense understand to carry out details;
  • Ability to work independently and with a team;
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities;
  • Self-starter and willingness to learn new processes and procedures.
  • Experience in Logistics or Suppy Chain Management.
