MORE ABOUT THE TEAM AND ROLE:

You will be developing a team of software engineers, both internal and external, and have the responsibility for a capability within the product. You will also own the responsibility of budget, team composition, growth, and supporting your coworkers on their journey. Of course, you will be very close to engineering and tech and we’ll also rely on your insights and experience in building digital products solving our consumer’s needs whilst adding value for IKEA.

Our team within IKEA

In this role, you will report to the Product Engineering Manager for the Assisted Selling capability area within the Physical Customer Meeting Point domain and this role is in Malmö, Sweden.

Our team isn’t just a bunch of people stuck together. We come from diverse backgrounds, coming together on the mission of creating a better everyday life for the many people at Ingka. In a true cross-functional team with designers, data analysts, engineering, agile coach, and product owner we make this a reality.
