Biltema Nordic Services is a service company within Biltema with various departments that together deliver a complete solution for the department stores' assortment and operations. The IT department in Helsingborg provides systems and digital solutions in collaboration with Biltema's other companies within the group for our Nordic markets.

You will be part of a large team of colleagues who, together with the entire IT department, develop, manage, and support both proprietary products and systems, as well as well-known systems from market-leading suppliers. Together with your colleagues, the mission is to develop, integrate, and automate Biltema's over 150 digital platforms and systems.

EXAMPLES OF WORK TASKS

• Understand and analyze clients' business needs and objectives to ensure that solutions meet their expectations.
• Design and document the solution architecture across application, data, integration, security, and infrastructure layers.
• Provide leadership and direction to development and testing teams, ensuring the successful implementation of the solution architecture.
• Ensure solution architectures comply with enterprise architecture standards, policies, and principles.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance solution quality and delivery efficiency.
• Effectively communicate and present solution architectures to stakeholders, including both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proactively manage and resolve architectural issues and risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Be part of the extended Enterprise Architecture group.
• Work closely with product owners analyzing requirements and creating solution descriptions. Also, collaborate and work with other Solution Architects.

EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in an IT Solution Architect role or similar, with a strong background in designing and developing solutions using technologies such as .NET, SQL, Azure, React, and MVC or something similar.
• Proficiency in various architectural frameworks and methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with various stakeholders.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with a track record of managing multiple projects and priorities.
• Certification in IT Solution Architecture or related fields is considered a plus.
