We are looking for an English speaking Junior Order Coordinator for a global company in Gothenburg. Start ASAP, 1 year contract to begin with.

The company is now looking for a dedicated Order Coordinator. The team is globally responsible for fulfilling the company Production Order book for all plants and carlines, according to decided production program. The team is managing the order book by daily order scheduling and manual handling of orders, all with a high customer focus supporting the company Objectives. The team is single point of contact for all markets when it comes to questions and requests related to the production order book.

The team works closely with the Program Planning team, which is responsible for the Master Production Schedule (MPS) of all company Group manufacturing plants. This is done monthly to optimize the plan for current and next year by balancing demand, available supply and profitability.

The position gives you a great opportunity to develop a cross functional network within the company as the tasks require close collaboration both internally and with the markets. Constantly changing environment in this business-critical operational role brings a lot of opportunities to grow as a professional and in the area of Supply Chain Management.

The company is on a change journey getting ready for the exiting future and are now looking for new talents to strengthen the team. In this role you will along with operational tasks be part of implementing new IT systems tools, new processes, and ways of working that are in pipeline for PP&OM. You will be part of a dedicated and competent team with whom you will be able to exchange knowledge around the new Order to Delivery process.

What you will do

As an Order Coordinator you will identify and perform actions needed to fill up the production order book timely as well as monitor order intake & capacities in the order management system (ARO). You will also be responsible for a set of component capacities which are steering the order intake. In the role you work closely with Sales markets and regions, all global production sites, Program Planning and Capacity Management.

Your main tasks are:

  • Secure 100% fulfillment of order book for markets & regions within the area of responsibility
  • Process order requests from markets & regions
  • Analyze production order book situation and proactively address issues & challenges
  • Create daily order report based on data in the Order Management system
  • Identify, develop and implement improvements both within team and cross-functionally. New ways of working, IT systems & tools as well as automation
  • Participate in the monthly program process and perform related order scheduling activities
  • Drive phase-out activities and secure all orders in system on time
  • Perform order movements in the system to reflect the latest program plan
  • Update and maintain KPI dashboards for management reviews

Do you fit the profile?

The company is looking for you who:

  • Have a university degree in academic qualification or equivalent experience
  • Are a good administrator, used to work in Microsoft Excel, Power BI etc.
  • Are fluent in English, both written and oral, is a must. Other languages are beneficial
  • Previous knowledge in Supply Chain areas or work within Order Management, Market ordering processes, Customer Support/Service or Plant planning processes is beneficial
  • Some degree of analytical skills - data gathering, interpretation, reporting, presentation

To succeed in this role, you need strong communication and collaboration skills. Analytical skills combined with a solution-oriented mindset and a can-do attitude are crucial to drive results. You take ownership of given tasks & responsibilities, and you have an interest in learning the different systems relevant for the role.

The role is business critical and as the environment around us is constantly changing you need to be able to manage unpredictable situations in combination with high complexity. You are curious and have a proven drive for change. Optimization of work processes to increase efficiency is part of the role in parallel with the operational tasks and you feel comfortable in identifying and driving improvement activities together with team members as well as cross-functionally.


This is a full-time consultant position through Incluso in Gothenburg. Start is ASAP and the contract period is 6 months to begin with, possibility of extension after that.
