About the role
This is the role for you if you are motivated by building customer relationships and gaining customer trust as well as building long-term, profitable collaborations. In your role as Account Manager & Business Developer, your task will be to further develop, project manage and care for our existing customers. You analyze sales results, implement changes where required and manage work internally to ensure that the business develops. This requires that you understand the customer's business and have a high level of business acumen. Furthermore, you always have your ear to the ground and are quick to identify new business opportunities with your customers.

Who our client is looking for
As a person, you are organized, strategic and goal-oriented. You have a structured way of working and act in a business-like manner with a customer focus. As the role involves a lot of collaboration, it is important that you are able to establish good relationships easily, are responsive and communicative. We value lack of prestige and ability to work together, but also good leadership qualities even if this is not a managerial role.

You also have:
At least a couple of years of experience in B2B sales with customer responsibility
Very good cooperation skills and a positive attitude
Great habit of structuring and planning your time and of course a habit of working in CRM and Office
Ability to express yourself professionally in Swedish both in speech and in writing
Experience in building long-term customer relationships with a good track record
Strong merit if you have experience in customer responsibility within the telemarketing industry.
