About the role

The primary tasks in the role are to receive our customers and terminate their rental contracts when they return their rental cars. You are the last customer to receive before leaving the rental station and ending their rental, so it is important that you have a strong sense of customer service. Customer service is the most prioritized task, but in addition to this, the role also includes damage inspection, administration and daily planning of the car fleet.

The most important and crucial quality we are looking for is a person who wants to be challenged and develop. You like structure and accuracy and have an interest in service and have a high ability to collaborate with your colleagues. It is an advantage if you have an interest in cars.

Requirements for the position

• Holds a B driver's license (manual and automatic)
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English (spoken and written)

Compensation

Hourly wage, supplement for inconvenient working hours in accordance with collective agreement.

Extent

The position is an on-demand position. Work in the evenings and weekends occurs.
