We are looking for a Chinese (Mandarin) Speaking IT Administrative Coordinator for a global company in Gothenburg. Start ASAP, 1 year contract to begin with.

Our client is an European R&D center. They are a new electric mobility technology and solutions brand that is aiming to satisfy the global demand for premium electric vehicles. Their work comes to life in products and services from world leading brands.

Description of the assignment

Our client is now searching for an administrative coordinator to create, manage and follow up on Purchase Requisitions (PRs) for IT department, especially in the Application License Management Area. In this role they see a fairly junior candidate. Previous experience with similar tasks is beneficial but most important is the right mindset, attention to detail and other personal attributes.

Qualifications and skills required for the role

  • Administrative experience
  • License Management experience
  • Basic technical understanding
  • Fluent in English, both in spoken and written language.
  • Mandarin (Chinese) language knowledge is a plus

This is a full-time consultant position through Incluso in Gothenburg. Start is ASAP and the contract period is one year to begin with.
