Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Managing In-house conductive dispersant development part to end up with successful results
- Responsibility for the materials from the development stage to the mass production including Quality control plan
- Leading and cooperating with the other departments and suppliers to implement new material into the projects
- Development of new concept of dispersion solution, Process and related electrochemical analysis
- Conductive material & equipment with external suppliers/partners
- Investigation and technical identification for promising Conductive solution
- Develop intellectual property to secure a competitive position
Requirements
- MSc or PhD in Chemical/Material/Electrical Engineering, and Chemistry
- Demonstrated expertise and success in the development of Conductive materials
- Preferably 10+ years industrial experience in R&D of electrolyte materials
- Experience in Conductive materials for Li-ion battery or similar
- Experience in characterization and evaluation of slurry and electrode
- Experience in design and development of batteries/cell
- Expertise in polymer structure and characteristic analysis
- Strong background from technical culture and proven engineering excellence in relevant field(s)
- Experience working with international colleagues and customers
- Must worked in multi-cultural environment
