iOS Developer

Hemnet is the favourite place for many Swedes and has one of the most beloved apps in Sweden. We are looking for an iOS Developer to join one of our product development teams. If user friendliness lies close to your heart and you enjoy working with a native app experience, this role is just the one for you!

As iOS Developer, you will play a big role in our senior App community consisting of 6 iOS Developers and 5 Android Developers working daily in creating a crisp and delightful UI for our users. You will contribute to all stages in the product life cycle; design, implementation, testing, deployment and maintenance. Together with us you will have the ability to create a big impact on what we build and how we build it, as each team is in control of their own product decisions.

We work data-driven in close collaboration with each other - exploring, testing and iterating. Thanks to our large amount of traffic, we quickly validate against real data and learn from new insights.

What you will do

• Create high-quality and robust features, owning the development process from planning to final delivery.
• Work closely with passionate and experienced product managers, designers, and other engineers with different backgrounds to plan and ensure high-quality results.
• Contribute in delivering excellent and reliable code, and be an active participator in the App Community at Hemnet.

To become successful in this position we believe that you are up to date with the latest native iOS tooling and development and enjoy sharing knowledge and learning together. When it comes to architecture, you always strive to create simple and easy to understand solutions. Automation is key and you have worked with different kinds of release processes. Lastly, creating a wonderful user experience truly makes you happy!

When it comes to technique, you...

• Have extensive experience in native iOS development using Swift/SwiftUI.
• Are experienced working on native apps with a large user base, preferably from a medium to large product company.
