About the position:

Our Frontline agents will be answering inbound calls from retailers, merchants and/or shop owners who have either Customer Service Queries or Technical Issues related to their cash register.

Requirements;

Preferably 1 Year experience in Customer Service / Fulfillment

  • Excellent listening skills
  • Ability to walk customers through complex procedures from start to finish •Confident, adaptable & Empathetic
  • Positive & Flexible attitude
  • Good stamina in dealing with frustrated customers
  • Organized & Methodological

Experience in Technical Support is preferred( but not mandatory)

  • Basic Skills in working with CRM Tools
  • Self – Sufficient & confident in troubleshooting basic technical issues related to Connectivity, Systems & Devices
  • Ability to follow technical troubleshooting steps
  • Proficiency in PC usage
