Sourcing Manager

Karo Healthcare is seeking a motivated and experienced Sourcing Manager to join our team. As a Sourcing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies for contract manufacturers and selected suppliers of starting materials and API's. You will also be in charge of managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with agreed terms and conditions. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product specifications and requirements, monitor supplier performance, and identify opportunities for cost reduction and value engineering projects.

We are looking for a candidate with proven experience as a Sourcing Manager or in a similar role within the pharma or consumer goods industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge of competitive tendering, sourcing strategies, supplier selection, and negotiation techniques. Excellent commercial, analytical, and problem-solving skills are also required. Effective communication and interpersonal skills are crucial to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Sourcing Manager or in a similar role within the pharma or consumer goods industry
• Strong knowledge of competitive tendering, sourcing strategies, supplier selection, and negotiation techniques
• Excellent commercial, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
