Technical Product Support

As we now continue to strengthen our ability to meet current and future customer demands, drive profitable growth in a highly competitive and fast changing environment we are looking for a Technical Product Support for our aftermarket department. You will join us in an exciting time as our business transforms from being departmentally driven into a process driven organisation.

What we expect from you

As Technical Product Support you will have both a strategic and operative role for the Aftermarket & Spare parts organisation.

The primary responsibilities will involve collaborating closely with the Commercial Product Manager to strategically plan, guide, and execute the product roadmap, supported by the Product Team and providing technical solutions to customers will be a key aspect. Proficiency in cross-functional network development will be crucial to ensure the provision of design solutions meeting customer needs across different business sectors. You will collaborate extensively with all apects of Technical Product Management and associated functions, particularly the engineering team, encompassing mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and software domains.

What should you bring?

We are looking for a person who is passionate about the product, it’s technology and helping others. This position requires interaction with customer communities, in both acquisition and operational phase, as the technical lead. Hence you need to have excellent skills in communication and have the ability to work with many different stakeholders.

It is a requirement that you have a broad technical interest and knowledge in electricity, electronics, control systems, hydraulics and mechanics. Previous experience from the truck, construction industry and / or similar tasks are highly preferred. You are fluent in English in speech and writing. Additional languages are meritorious.
