About the role and your tasks

We are currently seeking a German-speaking Customer Service Agent who will be the first line of support. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, answering questions, and solving problems by either phone or email.

You will work closely with our sales team, projects and technical staff to ensure that customers have an outstanding user experience.

In order to succeed in this role, you must understand about the German mentality and be a communicative person who enjoys being in contact with people. You should be self-motivated, have very good problem-solving skills and be able to work to tight deadlines. We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic person who wants to help our customers get the most out of our products and services.

Requirements:

- Experience in customer service or similar work

- Strong communication skills in German and English

- Good problem-solving skills

- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Flexibility to work in shifts and weekends if needed

- Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment
