About the Role 

As an IT Workplace Architect, you'll be at the forefront of our digital transformation journey, developing and implementing strategic visions and roadmaps for our digital workplace. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy cutting-edge solutions that revolutionize how our employees work and collaborate. Your contribution will be to bring together various elements of the digital workplace and ensure that it is consistent in delivering maximum value to users. 

Key Responsibilities: 

- Lead the development and maintenance of digital workplace strategies and roadmaps 

- Design and implement technology policies, standards, and frameworks 

- Foster influential partnerships across the organization to drive innovation and change 

- Own end-to-end project delivery, ensuring high-quality solutions within budget and timelines 

- Drive modern workplace management initiatives and establish lifecycle maintenance 

- Provide hands-on support for daily technical issues as needed 

About You 

To enjoy and succeed in this role we believe you need to be an open-minded and innovative architect in the Workplace area, with a passion for creating exceptional workplace experiences. You thrive in fast-paced environments and have a proven track record of leading digital workplace transformations. 

Your visual awareness and eye for details will come in handy when translating long and short-term plans for architecture into the design and implementation of current and future applications. You have in-depth knowledge of managing and developing an enterprise IT infrastructure, primarily based on Microsoft's products, where you have a technical understanding of IT Operations and IT Service Delivery areas. 

You have several years of experience in End User Services Management and IT Architecture combined with extensive experience leading digital workplace transformations focused on user experience. Operational leadership skills with experience leading cross-functional teams are a plus. 

Main Technical Skills (On an overview level): 
* Windows and Entra ID, also Group Policy Design & Architecture 
* Software packaging and distribution/Lifecycle management, Imaging and Deployment 
*  Endpoint Protection, Advanced Threat Protection 
* Microsoft Technologies (Intune Autopilot, SCCM, Microsoft Defender) 
* Provision the required administrator roles in on-prem and Entra ID 
* Performance monitoring and alerting for cloud workload instances 
* Automation leveraging Azure CLI, Azure Automation, Power Automate, PowerShell, VBS, to automate and simplify tasks 
* Enterprise Mobility Suite
