The role

As Office Coordinator, you will have the responsibility for our office experience in Gothenburg. You will contribute to a positive atmosphere in the office, ensure efficient operations and take great responsibility for the office being an inspiring place that our colleagues wants to go to every day and feel proud of 💙.

Your everyday life will include:

- Welcome employees and external visitors, and handle incoming mail and packages

- Administer tasks related to new employees, orders, invoices, etc.

- Provide internal support for colleagues from all our offices, including assistance with bookings, ordering lunches, etc.

- Ensure office cleanliness, tidiness, and restocking of supplies

- Responsible for office purchasing and reviewing our supplier contracts

- Coordinate and plan events for colleagues, such as Christmas and summer parties, as well as support with client events

- Take responsibility for office security and the work environment

- Initiate and support in Office-related projects.

Personal attributes

To succeed in the role of Office Coordinator, the most important thing is that you are passionate about providing exceptional service and fostering a positive atmosphere in the office. As a person, you are organized and have the ability to plan and prioritize work in a structured and efficient manner. You have an eye for details and adjust things in the office before anyone else has noticed. To thrive at Benify, you have an adaptive approach and enjoy navigating in an changing environment with many social contacts. In addition, you are initiative-taking, act independently and are not afraid to develop our processes.

We also see that you have:

- At least 1-3 years of experience working in an administrative service- role, for example as Office Coordinator, Receptionist or similar

- Professional proficiency in Swedish and English, written and spoken

- High school diploma

- Very good knowledge in MS Office, especially in Outlook, Excel and Word.

- Experience working in a coordinating role

- Experience working with purchasing

- Experience planning events.

Extent: Full-time, 100%
Duration: Temporary position due to parental leave, until September 2025.
Location: Masthamnsgatan 5, Gothenburg.
