🌟 Our Customer Success team, consisting of our Customer Success Lead, and Senior CSM, are responsible for delivering exceptional service to our users. We aim to ensure that our clients have a seamless experience, providing support that is as reliable and effective as our solutions.

We are looking for a Customer Support Intern to join our team. In this role, you will gain firsthand experience and insight into all facets of customer support, from initial contact to resolution, and everything that falls in between.

What we are looking for in our next Customer Support intern:

What you will do
Handle customer inquiries through various channels: chat, email, and social media.

Investigate and resolve issues, providing timely and accurate feedback.

Monitor customer satisfaction and contribute to our continuous improvement efforts.

Work closely with other departments to enhance product knowledge and efficiently address customer needs.

Maintain and update our knowledge base and internal resources. Gain deep knowledge of the platform and help setting up customer workflows.

What we'd like you to have

- Exceptional communication skills in English, with an eye for detail and a knack for clear, empathetic customer interactions.

- A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a willingness to research and delve deep for solutions.

- Creativity in thinking of ways to improve customer experience and satisfaction.

Experience welcome, but not necessary:

- CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce)

- Social media platforms

- Previous customer service or support role

- Past internship

- Interest in technology and SaaS product
