About the role

As Senior People Business Partner you will play a crucial role in aligning our people strategies with our business objectives. This role combines working broadly within HR supporting the management team as well as leading our Office team and enhancing the overall office experience for our employees.

You will for instance

-
Coach and support managers in their leadership mission - performance management, employee relations and organizational development etc.

Leadership responsibility for our Office Manager and driving the Office team to ensure an attractive and safe workplace environment

- Advise the management team on international labor law (Sweden, Denmark, UK, Lithuania, Germany, The Netherlands)

- Responsible for personnel matters, rehabilitation and trade union contacts

- Project lead, run and implement HR projects and initiatives as well as ensuring HR policies are aligned with legal requirements to promote a positive working culture

- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for office services and supplies and being responsible for the budget.

You will be part of the International leadership team and the People & Culture management team and report to Chief People & Culture Officer.

Personal attributes

To be successful in this position, you have a high level of integrity and confidence in yourself and your HR skills. You like to take ownership of your work and drive HR initiatives independently, using your business acumen to align Benify's HR agenda with business objectives. Working in an international environment, your openness to change is crucial as priorities for tasks and projects change quickly. You are communicative and navigate interactions with various personalities and therefor are an approachable person who managers and employees easily interact and build trusted relationships with. In addition, you take a non-prestige approach and know that managing and supporting colleagues when necessary is also needed to achieve the desired results.

We expect you to bring the following:

- Bachelors Degree or equivalent in Human Resources or related field

- 5+ years of experience as a People/Business Partner or HR Manager

- 6+ years of experience working with the entire HR life cycle (from onboarding and developing, to retaining and offboarding employees)

- Solid experience in Swedish labor law & basic knowledge in International labor law (any of the following: UK, Denmark, Lithuania, Germany or The Netherlands)

- Professional language proficiency in English, written and spoken

- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience

- Experience working with collective agreements and white collar workers.

It's a plus, but not a requirement if you also have:

- Professional language proficiency in Swedish, written and spoken

- Very good experience of UK labor law

- Experience leading other leaders

- Lead an Office team team before

- Experience of budget responsibility.

Practical information

- Start: As soon as we find the right fit, but preferably in May! 🧐

- Duration: Until January/February 2025, due to parental leave

- Extent: Full-time, 100%
