About the role
We are seeking a Product Manager to join DeLaval's dynamic team. In this role, you will contribute significantly to expanding their customer base and driving engagement with their services on the DeLaval Plus and SAP platforms. Responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, you will lead development initiatives, collaborate closely with stakeholders, and ensure the success of DeLaval´s digital services. As part of a diverse team of five members with similar roles, you'll benefit from senior expertise.

Examples of work tasks and responsibilities:

- Develop global product strategy and roadmap for Digital Services, including features and KPIs.

- Collaborate with Commercial Offering on go-to-market plans.

- Lead digital service development to enhance customer satisfaction.

- Manage ideation backlog and prioritize initiatives.

- Define success metrics aligned with customer needs and regulations.

- Identify process optimization opportunities.

- Collaborate on product plans with senior management and external stakeholders.

- Identify and manage dependencies.

- Support product teams and manage production releases.

- Gather input from users, customers, and dealers.

The position is based in Tumba, with the option to work in Glinde in Germany and Wroclaw in Polen, if desired. This role involves monthly travel commitments, typically lasting around three days per trip.

About you
We believe that you can come from different backgrounds, presumably as Product Owner, Business Analyst or maybe a role within Quality processes where you have gotten experience within:

- A few years of experience in developing end-to-end product vision, strategy, roadmap, and KPIs speaks volumes about your ability to set clear goals and drive towards success.

- Additionally, your proven track record in leading digital transformations and agile product development initiatives demonstrates your commitment to achieving results while remaining focused and not easily distracted.

- An adept understanding of current technology trends and their practical implementations is crucial for staying ahead of the curve.

- Furthermore, your robust analytical and problem-solving skills will be invaluable in overcoming challenges and driving innovation.

- Relevant education background.

- Communicate fluently in english hence you have an international team.

- You have great communication skills, are proactive and unafraid to assert their needs and expectations with stakeholders.

- Prior experience in delivering digital services to field service personnel would be advantageous in this role.
