Job description

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer who would be producing best-in-class designs to create beautiful experiences for business needs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs.
• Conduct user research and gather insights to inform the design process and maintain design systems.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mock-ups to visualize and communicate design ideas.
• Conduct usability testing and analyse user behaviour to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure the feasibility of design concepts and provide assets and specifications for implementation.
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence.
• Create effective UI, UX and visual design deliverables including sitemaps, navigation, wireframes, and the design of marketing and lead-generation as required.
• Ensure deliverables are of high quality and consistent with creative direction, best practices, and guidelines, you will also work with the Head of operations to ensure the team meets its deadlines and identify risk.

Requirement

• You have minimum 2 years' experience in UI. UX.
• Good communication in English, Swedish is a plus.
• You have bachelor's degree in graphic design, Interactive Design or related.
• Familiar with UI design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar software.
• Familiarity with front-end development technologies, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and UX best practices.
• Experience with user research methods, such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mock-ups using industry-standard tools.
• Solid knowledge of responsive design and designing for multiple platforms and devices.
• Excellent visual design skills, including a keen eye for typography, colour theory, and layout.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality designs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
