Key Responsibilities:

Design Excellence : Create innovative solutions across our product experience, balancing user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints. Leverage your skills in research, user experience, interaction, and visual design to deliver robust solutions. Embrace a collaborative and iterative approach to enhance the strength of your designs.

User Advocacy: Keep the end user at the forefront of everything we do. Advocate for the customer throughout the design process to ensure a user-centric approach.

Product Vision: Contribute to our product vision by facilitating input from engineers, product managers, leadership, and fellow designers. Adopt a journey-based approach to design the end state, working closely with your product team to prioritize and scope work effectively.

Engineering Collaboration: Work closely with engineers to oversee the implementation of designs, ensuring a seamless and high-quality product experience.

About You:

Experience: Bring 3+ years of experience in a relevant role (UX/UI, product design, digital design), with bonus points for experience in audio or streaming.

Agile Mindset: Familiarity with working in an agile development environment, including the ability to articulate design specifications and collaborate effectively with engineers.

Tool Proficiency: Proficient in Figma, our tool of choice for design collaboration.

Portfolio: Showcase a design portfolio featuring web and mobile experiences, including documentation of the end-to-end design process.

User-Centric Practices: Demonstrate experience in conducting user interviews, testing sessions, facilitating internal stakeholder workshops, and prototyping.
