We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Manager Development to our organization. As a crucial member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving success through effective communication, collaboration, and leadership.

What you do

As a Manager of Development, your responsibility is to manage, motivate, coach, and lead the members of the development team stationed in Vikmanshyttan. This role is divided into two main areas, line manager for the team and secondly, having a focus to drive competence and decision making within Hardware and Mechanics across products. Your duties also involve steering the team towards predefined targets and ensuring each member receives necessary support for both personal and professional growth.

In addition, the Manager of Development is tasked with continually enhancing processes and procedures to foster systematic and efficient operations. Collaboration with other departments is essential, providing technical recommendations and expertise. Furthermore, you are responsible for setting and achieving objectives, coordinating logistics effectively, and adhering to budgets.
