We are currently seeking a temporary Team Lead for our P&I team within Financial Benefits, with a start date as soon as possible, lasting until Spring 2025.

Working as a Team Lead P&I
Benify has an important role in the digitalization of pension and insurance products. By offering great digital products, we make it possible for more customers to offer pension and insurance benefits enabling more employees to understand and take control over and improve their financial situation.

In this role, you will join our Product department, and bring value to the team, playing a crucial role in sustaining and amplifying our global success. You will collaborate closely with our different departments such as Lifeplan, Professional Services, Product Marketing, and Core Benefits to create great value for customers, end users, and partners.

In this role you will:

- Guide the P&I team by setting priorities and offering support as needed.

- Reviewing specifications and assessing new product ideas or packaging changes.

- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

- Be responsible for recommending the nature and scope of present and future product lines.

- Analyze potential partner relationships, and maintain relationships and contracts with partners.

- Write product requirements and drive projects and initiatives with multiple stakeholders.

Who are you?💫

- You have previous leadership or team lead experience.

- You have knowledge or experience working within Pension & Insurance.

- Fluent in Swedish as our P&I partners speak Swedish as their first language.

We are looking for someone who can uphold excellent relationships with partners, demonstrate commitment, effective project management, and adept stakeholder management skills. You should exhibit strong organizational abilities, attention to detail for ensuring high-quality deliveries, and be open to exploring new business opportunities, innovative product solutions, and adopting new routines or working methods.
