Key Responsibilities
As a member of the team, you will play a crucial role in in maintaining and optimizing Alektum Groups system environment to meet the organization's operational needs. You will be a key member of our local operation, responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and operational support of our organization's core systems.

You will operate in the scope of, system administration, Troubleshooting and Optimization, Documentation and Communication, Compliance and User Support.

Some of your day-to-day tasks and responsibilities will include:

- Technical setup of consumer communication such as letter design

- Work close with operation to build our production workflows in the core collection system Nova.

- Ensure correct settings in our systems such as cost matrix for collection costs.

- Setup Alektum customers in our systems according to agreement

- Ensure that portfolio purchases are being handled correctly in our collection system.

Our system expert operate in an international environment reporting both to local operation but also to the Quality & Efficiency (QE) team in Alektum Group head quarter.

Your Background and skills
This position is ideal for someone with a strong technical interest and mindset, who thrives on solving complex technical issues. You will be at the front line, providing expert support to our clients and internal teams, troubleshooting problems, and implementing effective solutions. It’s important that you are fluent in both written and spoken English.
