Background:

The project is currently in design and implementation phase, covering all our 4 countries with handling a large degree of systems complexity.

Description of assignment
We are looking for someone who has several years of experience working as a Program or project manager and/or scrum master of large IT projects in an agile environment where you have been the link between business and development team. We believe that you have created a great understanding of digital development processes and product development.

You have a habit of working closely with others to develop and work towards set goals. You move and work naturally in the borderland between business and technology. You are goal oriented and used to finding your way towards the target even under challenging conditions.

A background as a developer or similar is an advantage but not a must. The most important thing is that you have the skills and competencies to lead a team of experts towards success. We believe that those skills need to cover all from planning and working methods as well as emotional intelligence, strong communicative ability, and goal orientation.

The project will act and cooperate on a cross-functional perspective with team members from all our 4 countries. We are looking for someone who is good at capturing needs and listening, as well as used to decision-making structures, anchoring, to be able to reach complex decisions fast that moves the project forward and ensure the team's ability to execute.

Time line
The project will continue for at least 2 years
The role is a 100% assignment based in Arken Solna (PN HK)

Kravspecifikation:

Planning skills to ensure an efficient and up to date plan in the team to address the most valuable items in an efficient way. Considering the current state of the product backlog items, the priority logic as well as capacity at hand.
Facilitative leadership leading the team in value delivered by creating an environment of focus, collaboration, fast feedback, engagement, and accountability.
Skilled in coaching and mentoring team members, Product Owner, and stakeholders to assist in understanding their roles towards achieving the team’s goals.
High degree of ability to summarize, report and act on burndown chart and value delivery to identify delays and wastes and find mitigative actions.
Communicate for impact and action and ensure stakeholder engagement and support.
Enable fact based problem-solving, and decision-making, leading to the development of high-performing teams.
Familiarity with virtual productivity tools such as Jira, Miro enabling the team to manage Agile processes, facilitate communication and collaboration, and ensure effective teamwork

Experienced in Project Manager roles
Experience from similar projects
Experience of SAFe and Agile delivery methods
