Brand & Community Manager at NOFO Hotel & Wine Bar

NOFO Hotel & Wine bar is a family-owned establishment located in the most vibrant part of Södermalm. Our passions include design and hospitality, and the latter couldn’t be done without our wonderful staff. Our ambition is to create a laid-back yet professional environment, where the guest is always respected and taken care of.

NOFO Hotel is part of WorldHotelsCrafted - a small union of carefully selected hotels with first-class service, aesthetics and comfort. Besides NOFO, other Stockholm hotels included in are Hotel Frantz, Hotel Ruth, The Winery and Kung Carl. Our Wine bar specializes in serving unique and carefully selected wines and innovative food. The wine bar serves as the heart of the hotel and it’s a vibrant hotspot for both locals and hotel guests. Besides our passion for wine and food, we love events, and NOFO is a place where something is always happening.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Implementation of marketing plan.
Long-term brand building of NOFO.
Lead and brief collaborative partners.
Social media marketing and the development of marketing strategy.
Production of content for platforms.
Develop and manage influencer marketing and events.
Lead and expand NOFO Community.
Public relations including outreach and management.

PERSONAL PROFILE:
We are seeking an individual who is self-driven, proactive, and brimming with creativity. A natural at building relationships, you come with your own network of contacts and embody an prestigeless and hands-on attitude to getting things done. Your passion lies in genuine brand development, and you possess strong collaboration skills, excelling at operational project management with both internal teams and external
partners.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Expertise in brand management and the ability to work strategically.
Experience in running marketing campaigns across multiple channels and platforms, with a familiarity in collaborating with partners and suppliers.
Proficient in Social Media and digital marketing.
Content creating, skilled in basic photography, art direction, and copywriting.
