Financial Accountant

As a Financial Accountant you will work with the accounting team on the day-to-day tasks, participate in different projects to improve, streamline and automate our manual work processes. You will act as a backup in various work tasks within the team.

What you will be doing

Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and processes

- Be responsible for month end BS Reconciliations

- Be responsible for the Legal reporting (VAT, moss, F-skatt, Import VAT, SCB-reports etc) in the Swedish entity

- Be responsible for Inventories activation and depreciations for the Group (SE and US)

- Be responsible for recurring monthly closing bookings. (accruals, processing fees, marketing fees etc)

- Work with month-end close, year-end close and assist in the annual audit.

- Be a part of developing and improving accounting processes and internal controls

- Play a key role in reporting accurate and timely figures

- Participate on leveraging the functionality of existing ERP-system to improve processes

- Co-operate with external Accounting firms in legal and tax matters

- This role will include backup for other team-members (tasks to be decided)

- Support any daily questions/work lead by GAM, ad-hoc

What skills and experience we think you have

- 1-3 years background in accounting

- You are driven, independent and detail-oriented

- You are well organized with willing to learn various processes and operating procedures

- You can handle multiple tasks and adjust to changing priorities

- You are a team player, highly motivated and excited to work with a small and talented cross-functional team

- You have strong Excel and English skills

- You have a genuine interest for Natural Cycles’ business and mission

- You are based in Stockholm area
