Contract duration: 05 Feb 2024 - 31 Jan 2026

Job responsibilities include:

- Creating 3D CAD and 2D drawings for stators, rotors, and assemblies.

- Leading the development in electromagnetic design, winding technology, magnet technology, steel stamping, lamination joining, electrical insulation systems, interconnections, and thermal sensing.

- Developing design validation and durability testing profiles.

Requirements:

- Proven exceptional ability in electromagnetics design.

- Experience in taking motor designs from concept to mass production.

- Knowledge of various coil winding and termination technologies.

- Familiarity with different magnet technologies.

- Essential skills include 3D CAD, 2D Drawings, DFMEA, PFMEA.
