Working as a Junior Firmware Engineer
Together with your colleagues in the firmware team you will concentrate on developing embedded firmware for hardware drivers, camera features, and user interfaces using C/C++, embedded Linux, and Qt/QML. In this position you will collaborate with other teams within the R&D department but you will also have contact with various sites, and global partners.
The position is based in Gothenburg. You will be part of a R&D department including teams specializing in diverse technical domains, including hardware, software, image quality, optics, mechanics, and QA/testing.
Being a consultant at Nexer Tech Talent
Nexer Tech Talent specialize in giving young tech talents the ultimate start in their careers. For this role, you will be employed by Nexer Tech Talent but work at our customer in Gothenburg starting this spring/summer.
You will be coached by a mentor at our customer and by a consultant manager at Nexer Tech Talent. As a consultant, you will be well taken care of. We often invite our consultants to group activities such as lectures, after works and lunch meetings. After successful completion of the consulting assignment, the intention is that you will be offered employment with your customer.
Desired qualifications:
Are at the start of your career and have a master’s degree focusing on embedded system
As a person you are passionate, innovative and highly motivated.
Experience in developing embedded products
Proficient in C/C++ programming
Fluent in english (written and spoken)
