We are looking for an interim Head of Business Development (12 month contract), leading our strategic development as well as pricing and commercial initiatives spanning the entire organisation. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will be part of the operational leadership team and heading up a team of four. You have a strong focus on driving large strategic programmes, ensuring we deliver on our growth agenda as well as driving our goal setting framework (OKR) and track outcomes.

What you will do

- Lead the commercial team that is responsible for driving the delivery of commercial projects across the organisation.

- Ensure we have sound business and commercial frameworks for initiatives and understand impact on our growth agenda.

- Personally lead change programmes involving the majority of organisation with impact on several customer groups as well as Hemnet’s PnL.

- Be an active part of the Extended Leadership Team as well as the Operational Leadership Team.

- Work with senior management on Board and Investor presentations.

Who we are looking for

In order to be successful in this role we believe that you have 8+ years of experience from management consulting and/or similar business development roles within organisations. You have experience from B2C products and understand digital native organisations and product offerings. You have achieved results by being a fast learner with an ability to zoom into details at the same time as you understand and can drive strategy. You have proven experience from driving change in organisations where you had to influence beyond your direct area of responsibility, and you have strong social skills.

- Background from management consulting with ca 8 years experience from driving projects/programmes.

- Track record of achieving change.

- Worked in B2C or B2B2C environments.

- Worked with Digital products/organisations.

- Proven leadership skills.

- You are positive and people orientated with an ability to fit into a social and informal organisation.
