Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our customer in automotive as a Requirements Manager and Solution Architect. In this role, you will play a crucial part in conducting requirements management alongside R&D, IT, and S&M teams, actively contributing to the creation and modeling of solutions that address both new and existing needs within the designated operational area. The position involves effective communication, information dissemination, and education of relevant stakeholders, ensuring a collaborative and informed work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct requirements management in collaboration with R&D, IT, and S&M teams.
- Contribute to the creation and modeling of solutions to address evolving needs.
- Communicate, inform, and educate relevant stakeholders on project developments.
Lead assignments and conduct preliminary studies within the operational area.
Coordinate activities related to acceptance tests.
Qualifications:
- At least 7+ years of engineering work experience with 2-3 years of automotive.
Education: 3 years or more of higher education.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in Swedish and English.
Meriting Qualifications:
- Knowledge about heavy vehicle R&D processes and product structure.
- Experience in AWS development and participation in on-premises to cloud migration projects.
